SITE INSPECTION:

This consists of carrying out a free inspection and without obligation to evaluate all the items that are to be moved: from the type of furniture and household appliances, to the various furnishings to be transported and packaged, in order to draw up an accurate estimate.

PLANNING:

In this phase all the elements that make up the move itself are considered, in order to optimize both the time and the costs.

PREPARATION:

This consists of the most delicate phase of the move.

• A team of specialized technicians work to carefully pack furniture and furnishings.
• Supply of professional packaging and, in case of custom items, such as cartons of various sizes, wardrobes and special shockproof material.
• For the containment of paintings, mirrors or any piece of furniture and objects of value, we carry out the service of building ad hoc cases.
• Our staff carry out the disassembly, packaging and subsequent re-assembly of the furniture that require it.
• On request: the cataloging carried out by our operators of all the various furniture and furnishings.
• To deal with any requests for parking or transit permits to the competent body for the positioning of the external lift, and the means of signaling/crossing for the safety of the area during the removal.

HANDLING:

We have external lifts that allow us to reach high floors.

POSITIONING:

The personal unloading of means of transport, unpacking, assembly of furniture and furnishings. At the end of the service, all the packaging material used and any disposal of various materials or old furniture will be recovered.

It is important to emphasise that all the phases of the move will be supervised by a removal manager who is in charge of organizing each phase and will satisfy any customer needs on the day.

At the customer’s discretion, we provide storage for short and long periods plus insurance coverage.
